2023: Okowa, Ned To Lock Horns Over Senate

373

Incumbent governor of Delta State, Dr. Ifeanyi Okowa and former member, House of Representatives, Prince Ned Nwoko are set to battle for the soul of Delta North Senatorial District over who represents them at the National Assembly (NASS), come 2023.

The Story, can authoritatively report that Okowa, has purchased the Nomination and Expression of Interest forms as his eye on the Vice President met brick walls over the caliber of political juggernauts gunning for the office from the opposition PDP and the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC).

Okowa, though foisting his daughter, Marilyn Okowa-Daramola, on the people of Ika north east, as the sole aspirant for the House of Assembly, he is still skimming to return to the Senate from where he came to govern the State.

The battle of who represents Delta North (Anioma) in the Senate! Ifeanyi Okowa or Ned Nwoko?

On good authority, we can reliably confirm that Governor Okowa is running for Senate and billionaire philanthropist, Prince Ned Nwoko has also picked form to run.

It promises to be interesting as two formidable political forces from Anioma are about to square it up.

It is not going to be a child’s play. We  are watching to see how the pendulum swings.

Time will unravel the hidden agenda for the 2023 Delta North Senatorial election under the platform of the Peoples’ Democratic Party (PDP).
