The duo of His Excellency Chief Onanefe Ibori and Chief Ogboru, made history on Friday September 3rd 2021, during the burial ceremony of Late Mrs. Claris Ideh mother of Dr. Alex Ideh in Koko administrative headquarters of Warri north local government area of the state.
