Deltans have been called upon to apply for the ongoing admission into the Nigerian Defence Academy (NDA) 76th regular course.

Delta State Government through the Office of Secretary to the State Government is by this announcement encouraging eligible Deltans to APPLY online for the NIGERIAN DEFENCE ACADEMY, (NDA) Admission Process for the 76th Regular Course which commenced since Monday, 30th October, 2023.
The NDA ADMISSION PROCESS will close on Tuesday, 30th April, 2024. Admission is open to both Male and Female candidates of Delta State origin and by extension, members of the public.
Interested and suitable candidates of Delta State origin with GCE OR SSCE OR NECO Certificate with minimum of 5 credits in relevant subjects including English Language and Mathematics, are advised to visit the application portal on the NDA website; www.ndaapplications.net to register by clicking or selecting the PURCHASE ACCESS CODE to fill in the details and pay the sum of N3,500 (Three Thousand, Five Hundred Naira) only to obtain ORDER ID and REMITA RETRIEVAL REFERENCE (RRR) code.
Please, NOTE that interested applicants must also apply in the 2024 JOINT ADMISSIONS AND MATRICULATION EXAMINATION (UTME). Only candidates who satisfied the minimum admission requirements with UTME score of 210 Points for Engineering and 180 points for Arts, Social Sciences and Science Courses would be enabled to print the Screening Test Admission Card and be considered for the screening test.
The NDA screening test is scheduled to hold on Saturday, 25th May 2024; and the usual venue for DELTA State candidates is the Army Day Secondary School, Nigerian Army School of Supply and Transport (NASST) Ugbowo, Benin City, Edo State.
BE INFORMED also that candidates admitted into NDA for the 76th Regular Course will undergo both Military and Academic training as Officer Cadets for a duration of five (5) years, and on successful completion of the extensive training, graduands will earn a Honours Degree in a core discipline, that is; B.Sc, B Eng, B.A. On graduation from NDA, they will also earn Presidential Commission into the Armed Forces of Nigeria.
