Two Days After, Lecturer’s Wife Still In Kidnappers Den

Kidnappers have whisked the wife of a lecturer in the Department of Mathematics and Computer Science, Delta State University (DELSU), Abraka, Dr. Sunny Ojoboh.


Mrs. Ojoboh, a teacher, is attached to Erho Secondary School, Abraka, Ethiope east local government area of the state.

The lecturer’s wife was ambushed and abducted on Monday 23rd Novemberthe 2020 by the bandits along the Old Eku-Abraka road by FSP junction, where her shop is located in the university community.

It was gathered that the hooligans shot sporadically into the air before whisking their victim away in their already awaiting car alongside the Lexus Jeep of the victim and zoomed off towards Eku axis.

When contacted on Wednesday 25th November 2020, the State Police Public Relations Officer (PPRO) DSP Onome Onowakpoyeya, confirmed the kidnap of Mrs. Ojoboh.

She also disclosed that she is still in the kidnappers den noted that nobody has also been arrested in connection with the kidnapping.

At press time, it not be ascertained whether the whiskers have made contact with her husband or any of the family members.
