Kogi State Commissioner for Special Duties, Hon. Ade Ismail is dead.
He died on Monday evening after a brief illness.
The deceased was appointed by Governor Yahaya Bello on 28th August, 2023.
The late Ismail from Kogi West was to serve as the State Deputy National Publicity Secretary having been nominated by Yahaya Bello, but was rejected by the APC national leadership.
The failed bid to become part of the national leadership led Bello to appoint him as Commissioner for Special Duties.
He spent four months as Commissioner before his demise.
