Leader of Ika South Legislative arm, Hon. Solomon Igudia, has been impeached.
It could be recalled that the embattled house leader, Hon. Igudia, was accused of gross-misconduct boarding on financial misappropriation, disrespect of house rules, segregation of members, and non full disclosure of house activities to members.
The impeachment was disclosed in a communique signed by the majority of the house who had moved for his remover on the aforementioned allegations.
Similarly, the communique also disclosed the suspension of two other legislators which includes Hon. Patient kose (Councillor representing Ward 9) and Hon. Ojei Chiyem, (Councillor representing Ward 11 well known as Yoriyori) following their conducts which according to the legislators, was against the house rules.
