The National and State House of Assembly Election Petition Tribunal hearing the dispute arising from the March 18, 2023, House of Assembly election in Delta State would deliver its judgment today, September 26th 2023.
An impeccable source at the tribunal told The Story, that the tribunal has set aside today deliver judgment for Ndokwa west, Ukwuani and Isoko north State Constituencies.
Those representing the Constituencies are Charles Emetulu, Chukwudi Dafe and Bernard Odior.
The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), declared the trio winners of the election on the platform of the ruling Peoples’ Democratic Party (PDP).
