As President Bola Ahmed Tinubu marks two years at the helm of Nigeria’s leadership, Senator Prince Ned Nwoko of Delta North has extended his congratulations, applauding what he described as the President’s “visionary and courageous” stewardship under the Renewed Hope Agenda.
In a statement issued on Thursday, Senator Nwoko commended the administration’s early and decisive reforms, including the removal of fuel subsidies and the unification of Nigeria’s exchange rate system, measures he described as difficult but necessary steps toward long-term economic stabilization.
“Despite inheriting significant structural and economic challenges, President Tinubu has demonstrated bold leadership, placing national interest above political expediency,” Nwoko remarked.
He described the Renewed Hope Agenda not merely as a campaign slogan, but as a deliberate framework aimed at revitalizing key sectors of the economy, empowering youth, and modernizing governance structures.
The Senator pointed to emerging progress in critical areas such as infrastructure development, digital innovation, human capital investment, and enhanced foreign policy engagement as early signs of a nation repositioning for sustainable growth.
While acknowledging the hardship some of these reforms have brought, Nwoko urged Nigerians to remain united and committed to the broader vision of transformation.
“True reform requires collective sacrifice. The positive impact of these policy shifts is beginning to resonate, including across my constituency in Delta North,” he stated.
He reaffirmed his commitment to supporting the administration through responsive legislation and active grassroots engagement, calling on fellow leaders and citizens to partner in building a more resilient and prosperous Nigeria.
“Together, we can actualize the Nigeria of our dreams,” he concluded.
Nwoko’s message adds to the growing chorus of political voices recognizing the Tinubu administration’s reform-driven trajectory as it crosses the critical two-year milestone, calling for sustained collaboration and national resolve in confronting the country’s complex challenges.
